• Psyllium seeds – regulate bowel function, improve digestion and metabolism. The seeds swell in the stomach, increasing the feeling of satiety, and form a soothing mucilage in the digestive tract, protecting the stomach’s mucosa from toxins and gastric acid.
• Oligofructose – a prebiotic that supports digestion, reduces fat absorption, and increases stool mass, facilitating bowel movements. It also swells in the digestive tract, enhancing the feeling of satiety.
• Guar gum –a type of soluble fiber that, apart from acting as a thickener, slows the digestion of macronutrients, prolonging the feeling of fullness, it also creates mucilage on the stomach’s wall, protecting it from toxins.
• L-carnitine – an organic compound that plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism by providing energy to cells, supporting fat burning, and contributing to the reduction of body fat.
• Green tea – contains polyphenolic compounds that protect digestive tract cells from damage and enhance their function, while also boosting fat burning.
